Where permitted, units may be combined into a common HRSG and catalytic reactor.

 

 

 

 

HRSG coils are split to allow insertion of catalyst in the optimum temperature zone for maximum NOx conversion.

 

EnviroKinetics has developed unique solutions for exhaust NOx, CO, and hydrocarbon  control for IC engine installations of .5 to 6 MW with WHR.  These units can be prepped and onsite in as little as 12 weeks ready for service.   The mixing tube, SCR reactor, local control panel, and all instrumentation required to operate the system is integral to the skid.  All you have to do flange it up and you’re ready to power up.

WHR coils can be built vertically and the pyrolysis tube can be made compact to minimize the unit's footprint.  NOx and CO catalysts are located in the optimum temperature range within the WHRU.
