Looking for solutions to tough instrument problems?  Packaged, skid mounted systems are a specialty of ours at EnviroKinetics.  We design and build compact instruments systems that make very efficient use of the space available.  Our skids are designed specifically for the application at hand.  The location of each valve and manifold is planned out so the operator has visual access to the instruments he needs to see while operating the system.

Other configurations without PLC's are for the local panel to be a direct operator interface with the DCS whereby the local indicator lights are controlled directly by the DCS.  NFPA, however, recommends that PLC based safety systems be made independent of the plant DCS.
Rotating equipment can be skid mounted simplifying the site foundation requirements.  Typical applications include ammonia vaporization skids with the hot fan, or the dilution air fans mounted directly on the skid.  Other applications include pumping stations, skid mounted compressors and steam driven turbines.
The possibilities for package systems are endless.  Quite simply: our package systems are the best way to address your needs for Burner Management Systems, ammonia skids, fuel gas mixing and pressure letdown stations, and compact skid mounted pumping stations - to name just a few.  Where required, local PLC based panels are installed with local pushbuttons and front mounted indicators.  They can be stand alone, complete with all ladder logic programmed and burned into an e-prom, or simply act as the local interface for a remote DCS.  PLC options are very broad, and depend mostly on your requirements.  The options range from the Allen Bradley SLC series to, double redundant PLC's from Siemens and GE, to  triple modular redundant PLC's offered by Triconex and Moore among others.
